1, meaning

4.1 Principle of the test
The hot tack strength test is the bond fastness after the sample is heat sealed and has not been cooled to room temperature. Therefore, the time interval from the completion of the heat seal to the start of the strength test should be strictly controlled. It is difficult for the ordinary tensile tester to satisfy this. Requirement, the device integrates two test functions of heat seal and strength test. After the sample is heat sealed, the strength value is tested immediately after the set time interval. The heat sealing parameters of the equipment, including heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and heat sealing temperature, can be set freely. 5, the test process
(1) 35 specimens with a width of 15 mm and a length of approximately 35 cm were cut in the longitudinal direction of the sample.
(2) Set test parameters such as heat seal pressure, heat seal time, heat seal temperature, jig separation speed, and delay time.
(3) Take a sample and clamp it in the two fixtures of the device. The hot cover of the sample is upward.
(4) After the set heat sealing temperature is reached, the sample is pressed between the two heat seal heads with a special sampling knife, and the sample is heat-sealed by stepping on the foot switch. After the heat sealing is completed, and the set delay time is reached, the equipment fixture automatically separates according to the set fixture separation speed, and the sample is tested for strength, and the test result is reported after the test ends. The initial heat sealing temperature of this test was set to 120 ° C, and the temperature difference was increased by 5 ° C, and 5 samples were tested at each heat sealing temperature.
6, test results
In this test, the hot-adhesive strength of the samples at the heat-sealing temperatures of 120 ° C, 125 ° C, 130 ° C, 135 ° C, 140 ° C, 145 ° C, and 150 ° C was tested. The test results showed that the samples had hot tack strength. The maximum value was between 135 ° C and 145 ° C, which was 4.651 N/15 mm, 4.806 N/15 mm, 4.737 N/15 mm, and the surface of the sample was flat. At 150 ° C, the hot tack strength decreased to 4.406 N. /15mm, the shrinkage of the sample heat seal appeared. Therefore, the optimum heat sealing temperature of the sample is 135 ° C ~ 145 ° C.
