1. According to the incoming power supply wiring of the gas aging test chamber, the voltage is AC380V±10% 50±0.5Hz three-phase five-wire system, power line configuration: black is zero line, yellow and green are ground, other colors are Fire line.
2. Do not install the grounding wire on the gas pipe. Be careful when installing it.
3. Check whether the equipment is damaged during operation, whether the power cord, equipment, and air supply circulation are damaged, and whether the inner box is clean.
4. The fluctuation of the power supply voltage of the input device must not exceed the allowable range. The grounding wire must be good, otherwise it will affect the test performance.
5. Configure the appropriate safety device according to the power of the machine to prevent the power supply from being cut off safely.
6. Route the ventilation aging test chamber after positioning in the safe space, and make sure that the wiring and the current and voltage of the equipment are the same, otherwise there will be an electric shock.
7. Confirm whether the input power is disconnected if it is disconnected to avoid electric shock.
8. After the wiring is completed, it is determined that the equipment and the power supply should be in accordance with the situation. Before the power is turned on, all the electrical box covers must be installed, otherwise there is a fire hazard due to electric shock.
