Determination process:
1. Matching tanks are ripe. The 18% solids solution was prepared according to the specified P/B ratio and aged for 48-72 hours.
2. Electrophoresis test panels. It is electrophoresed by ternary zinc-based phosphating plate, and the thickness of the paint film is 18-22 μm.
3. The test plate is aged for 72 hours.
4, use the knife to score the "X" line on the test board, pay attention to the penetration of the substrate.
5. Edge protection of the edge of the sample.
6. Place the test panel in a salt spray box and test it for a specified time, usually 1000 hours.
