Abstract: WMZF-1 boiler coal quality online analyzer is an advanced real-time coal quality measuring instrument. It uses microwave double-bridge method to measure ash, moisture, volatile matter and low calorific value of boiler coal powder online. The measured data is displayed on the computer screen of the central control room in real time, and can also be incorporated into the DCS system to provide accurate coal quality indicators for optimizing boiler combustion.
When the direction of microwave advance is 90 ° to the flow direction of pulverized coal, at a certain frequency, the mixed carbon content in the coal has a certain proportional relationship with the phase angle of the microwave.
