Printing machinery is the core of the production of various kinds of printed matter. The number of printing machines and the level of quality are one of the prerequisites for determining the speed of printing and the quality of printing.
The main function of the printing machine is to apply the printing ink to the line drawing part of the printing plate, and then pressurize it so that the ink layer on the printing plate is transferred to the surface of the printing material, and the printed product is sent out in turn.
Due to the different structural forms of printing plates, printing machinery can be divided into the following five types:
Letterpress printers; lithographic printing presses; gravure printing presses; filtration printing presses; special printing presses.
Although there are many types of printing machinery, the structure and characteristics are similar, and they are generally composed of paper feeding, ink feeding, positioning control, printing, and paper collection.
