Condition test of salt spray test chamber GB / T2423.17

The test method of the salt spray test standard GB / T2423.17 in the salt spray test box is as follows:
1. According to the relevant specifications, the sample should be tested in normal use. Therefore, the sample should be divided into multiple batches, and each batch is tested according to a state of use.
There should be no contact between the samples and other metal parts, so the test should be placed to eliminate the influence between the parts.
Note: The position of the sample in the test chamber (that is, the angle of inclination of the surface of the sample from the vertical plane) is very important. A very small difference in position may cause a large difference, depending on the shape of the sample.
2. The temperature of the salt spray test chamber should be maintained at (35 ± 2) ° C.
3. All exposed areas should maintain salt spray conditions. Use an 80cm2 vessel to continuously collect at least 16 hours of atomized deposition solution at any point in the exposed area. The average hourly income should be between 1.0 mL and 2.0 mL. At least two collection vessels should be used. The placement of the vessels should not be blocked by the sample to avoid collecting the condensed solution on the sample. The solution in the vessel can be used to test the pH and concentration.
The collection of the solution can be carried out before or during all tests in accordance with the provisions of 6.5 in GB / T2423.17.
4. According to the solution collected in 6.3 of GB / T2423.17, the concentration and pH value shall meet the requirements of 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 when measured at (35 ± 2) ℃.
5. The measurement of concentration and pH should be performed within the following time:
A For the continuously used test chamber, the solution collected during the test should be measured after each test;
B. For test chambers that are not used continuously, a test run of 16h ~ 24h should be carried out before the start of the test. After the trial run is completed, measurements are taken immediately before the test specimen begins. In order to ensure stable test conditions, measurements should also be carried out in accordance with A.
6. The relevant specifications of the salt spray test shall specify the test period: 16h, 24h, 48h, 96h, 168h, 336h, 672h.
