Exhaust gas treatment device is coldly concerned
In the repair of a gravure printing machine, the author found that the printed film was occasionally scratched. According to the cause of the usual scratches, the raw materials and related mechanical parts, guide bars, raw materials, inks, etc. were all no problem, but the machine was turned on. It always produces irregular scratches. At this time, the author began to wonder if there was a scratch in the oven, and there was no obvious trace in the oven. The air volume is measured and the data for the exhaust gas is within the normal range. So I decided to follow up on the spot and thoroughly investigate the cause. After about 2 hours, I observed that the printed film in the oven was shaken, and it returned to normal after a short time. After more than one hour, the above problem repeated.
I think that there is an exhaust gas treatment device behind the equipment. Is there a problem with this equipment? The equipment adopts activated carbon adsorption and desorption-catalytic combustion method for exhaust gas treatment, and relies on a high-power fan to exhaust the exhaust gas. In order to effectively control the air volume and ensure the balance of the printing machine air volume, the frequency conversion is used to automatically control the air volume. Therefore, the author immediately went to the electrical control cabinet of the equipment to observe the operating frequency of the inverter. Finally, when the abnormality occurred in the on-site printing machine, the operating frequency of the inverter was observed to be abnormal.
The inverter was inspected for this condition, no abnormality was found, and the motor was detected normally. Which part of the problem is there? After carefully reviewing the electrical drawings of the equipment and communicating with the equipment supplier, under their guidance, it is known that the equipment is controlled by wind pressure to achieve stable air volume control. Therefore, it is determined that the wind pressure sensor on the air duct has failed, and then the sensor is replaced and debugged. After the power is turned on, the equipment runs smoothly, and the quality fault does not occur again, and the problem is completely solved.
The principle of supporting equipment needs to be studied thermally
Through such a press repair and troubleshooting process, it can be seen that as the equipment repair personnel in the maintenance and repair of the printing press, not only should be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle of the printing machine itself, but also understand the composition, performance and work of the supporting equipment. principle. At the beginning of this maintenance event, the fault was eliminated according to the conventional method. The nature of the phenomenon was found, and the problem of the fault was found. It was confirmed that the fault occurred in the exhaust system. But until the end, I thought of the existence of the exhaust gas treatment device. The fault may be related to it. Then I went to understand the principle and structure of the device, and found that the sensor failed, which formed the instability of the air volume and finally solved the problem.
The entire problem-solving process took about 10 days. Not only did it cost a lot of manpower and material resources, but it also had a certain impact on production. The production of some defective products also caused certain losses to the company. It is not difficult to see the reason for the analysis. This is because the equipment management personnel are not familiar with the printing machine, especially its supporting equipment. When repairing the printing machine, the attention to the supporting equipment is not enough, and the working principle of the supporting equipment is not familiar. The problem is helpless and there is no way to solve the problem.
Therefore, equipment management personnel should pay attention to the role of supporting equipment in the future repair practice, plan ahead, learn the understanding of the performance and working principle of the printing machine, learn and understand the working principle of the supporting equipment, take the initiative to master the exhaust, Knowledge of wind turbines, frequency converters, exhaust gas treatment equipment, cooling water systems, chillers, pumps and other equipment. This can quickly find the cause of the failure, which can greatly reduce the repair time.
