1 General
1.0.1 This Regulation is formulated to ensure the quality of the surface layer of the synthetic sports venues and multi-purpose event venues (hereinafter referred to as "synthetic materials sports venues") in Fujian Province, so as to be technologically advanced, safe, reliable, and economically reasonable.
1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to the design, material selection, construction and project quality acceptance of the construction and use of synthetic materials in the sports grounds of new construction, reconstruction and expansion in Fujian Province.
1.0.3 The design, material selection, construction and quality acceptance of the ground floor of the composite sports ground shall, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Regulation, comply with the relevant national and Fujian standards.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Synthetic material Sports ground Ground layer
The ground floor of a sports ground covered with a polymer composite material includes a track surface layer, a ball surface layer, an artificial grass surface layer, and a multi-functional activity floor surface layer.
2.0.2 release rate
The amount of harmful substances emitted into the air from the surface of the surface material per unit area or unit time.

2.0.13 Prefabricated roll or bulk

2.0.15 shock absorption
Synthetic materials, ground floor, impact mitigation performance.
2.0.16 vertical deformation

2.0.17 anti-skidding value

2.0.23 Composite runway composite

2.0.24 full-plastic runway

2.0.25 primer layer of synthetic surface
The layer of the cast-in-place surface layer in the layered structure is bonded to the base layer and is formed by mixing the colloidal main material and the filler particles and curing.
2.0.26 Upper layer of synthetic surface

3 Basic regulations
3.0.1 The material selection and design of the ground floor of the composite sports ground shall comply with the current national standard "Composite Runway Surface Layer" GB/T 14833, "Requirements and testing methods for artificial material sports grounds Part 2: Tennis courts" GB/T 20033.2, “Requirements and testing methods for use of artificial materials for sports venues - Part 3: Artificial grass surface for football fields†GB/T 20033.3, Technical Specifications for Sports Facilities in Primary and Secondary Schools JGJ/T 280, Artificial Grass for Sports GB/T 20394, "Sports Ground Requirements and Methods for Use - Part 6: Track and Field" GB/T 22517.6, "Sports Equipment and Venues for Primary and Secondary Schools Part 11: Synthetic Material Surface Courses" GB/T 19851.11, Technical Requirements for Urban Community Sports Facilities 》JG/T 191, "Sports Building Design Code" JGJ 31 and so on.
3.0.2 Synthetic materials The ground floor of sports grounds shall be borne by design agencies with design qualifications and corresponding performance.
3.0.3 The entity responsible for the construction of the ground layer of the composite material sports ground shall have the general contracting for the construction of municipal public works or the general contracting qualification for construction.
3.0.4 The materials used in the ground layer of the composite sports ground should meet the requirements of the relevant national and Fujian standards. They should meet the requirements of environmental protection and should not cause harmful effects to the human body, living organisms and the environment. The use of products that the country has ordered to phase out is strictly prohibited.
3.0.5 The entry material shall have quality certification documents such as product certification, factory inspection report, etc.; the materials to be prepared on site shall be determined by the manufacturer's test, and the mix ratio determined by the test shall not be arbitrarily changed. It is not allowed to add any materials other than the recipe at the construction site.
3.0.6 Organic materials should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from fire and heat sources. Open storage and exposure to sunlight are not allowed. The storage temperature should be 5°C to 35°C; inorganic materials should be stored in dry, ventilated, free from Wet rain place.
3.0.7 The construction safety shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current industry standard "Safety Inspection Standards for Building Construction" JGJ 59; the construction environmental protection shall comply with relevant regulations of the current industry standard "Environment and Sanitary Standards for Construction Sites" JGJ 146.
3.0.8 The management and maintenance of the ground floor of the composite sports ground shall comply with the requirements of Appendix A of this regulation. The warranty period for the maintenance of the ground floor of the composite sports ground shall not be less than 5 years. The warranty should include blistering, cracking, delamination, turf perimeters, and open seams, grass tufts, etc.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Material Hazardous Material Limits4.1.1 Synthetic materials The limits of harmful substances on the ground floor of sports grounds shall meet the requirements of Table 4.1.1.

3 If the product specifies the dilution ratio or the product has a two-component or multi-component composition, it should be mixed according to the product's stated construction ratio. After stirring evenly, it should be tested in a closed container for 1 hour, such as the use of thinner.
