I. Overview
The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard "GB/T616 chemical reagent boiling point determination method". The principle of the method is that when the liquid temperature rises, the vapor pressure also increases, when the vapor pressure of the liquid is equal to the atmospheric pressure, the instrument starts. Boiling, under standard conditions (1013.25 hPa, 0 ° C), the boiling temperature of the liquid is the boiling point of the liquid.
The instrument is composed of a single-chip digital precision piezoelectric heater. The heater adopts a flame-retardant electric heating sleeve. Due to the precision digital voltage regulation, the electric heater has the characteristics of fine pressure regulation, stable heating and stable temperature rise.
The instrument is also equipped with a 500ml three-neck round bottom flask, glass test tube, measuring thermometer and auxiliary thermometer. The instrument is easy to operate, stable in performance, fast in heating and uniform in temperature rise. The instrument can also be equipped with a dedicated barometer for the user to test.

Third, installation and use
1. After unpacking, check that the instruments and accessories are complete and intact, and that the instrument is placed in a stable position.
2. Check if there is a protective grounding wire in the mains socket. If not, connect the instrument to a good one.
Protect the ground to prevent leakage and personal safety. (Note! To ensure personal safety, the wiring of the power socket should be in accordance with national standards: the middle hole is the grounding wire and must be reliably grounded. The left hole is zero wire and the right hole is fire wire.)
3. According to the diagram in GB/T616 standard or the instrument installation diagram attached to the back of this manual,
Packing the parts: first inject a silicone oil into the flask about one-half of its volume. Place the flask in the heating bag and secure it with the clip in the middle of the instrument. The tube was inserted into a large nylon stopper of the flask, and a large nylon stopper was inserted into the mouth of the flask. Then take an appropriate amount of the sample and inject it into the test tube so that the liquid level in the test tube is slightly lower than the liquid level of the silicone oil in the flask. Insert the measuring thermometer into one of the eye-catching rubber plugs, and then insert the rubber plug into the test tube, and adjust the lower end of the measuring thermometer to 20 mm from the test tube liquid level. The oil bath thermometer was then inserted into another eye plug, and the plug was inserted into the mouth on the left side of the flask to allow the oil bath thermometer to be immersed in the silicone oil of the flask. Insert the rubber plug without the eyes into the mouth on the right side of the flask. Attach the auxiliary thermometer to the measuring thermometer with a rubber band so that the mercury ball is in the middle of the mercury column outside the measuring thermometer. The components are installed.
4. Turn on the “power†switch and digitally display 0. There is no heating voltage at this time. Press “▲†and “▼†respectively to select the required heating voltage and start heating the sample. When the digital display is 0, it is not heated, and when it is 220V, it is full voltage heating. Do not set the heating too high when the user first uses it. You can properly control the heating voltage.
To fully heat the temperature, and so on, the temperature after the temperature rise to the boiling point of the sample is mastered, and can be directly adjusted to this temperature after the test. (It is recommended to set the first time between 80 and 150V, which makes it easier to control the heating rate).
5. When the temperature rises to a certain value and remains unchanged for a certain period of time, this temperature is the boiling point of the sample to be tested. Record room temperature and air pressure at the same time.

Fourth, matters needing attention
1. The instrument is not allowed to be stored in a humid and corrosive atmosphere to prevent the heating plate from getting wet.
2, the instrument must be connected to the protective ground before use! In case of personal electric shock!
3. Because the heating temperature is high, the instrument must use silicone oil. Any medium with a flash point lower than the heating temperature can not be used!
4. When the number shows heating voltage and the heating plate is not hot, you can check that the thyristor and heating plate in the machine may be damaged. You should replace the same type of thyristor or heating plate immediately.
