The bottom die of the three-dimensional hot stamping is a male die letter which is consistent with the hot stamping text and height. It must be completely corresponding to the hot stamping plate when installing, otherwise it will seriously affect the hot pressing effect of the product. The service life of the bottom mold will also be greatly reduced. In the production process, the commonly used three-dimensional hot stamping bottom mold installation method is: after the matching positioning pin is fixed to the hot pressing plate, the air pressure is pressed, and the bottom mold is adhered to the bottom plate through the double-sided adhesive which is pre-applied on the bottom mold. However, this method has the following drawbacks: First, it is inconvenient to replace a single bottom mold in production, second, the accuracy of positioning is not high, and third, it is inconvenient to adjust the position and the pad. In order to overcome these three shortcomings, we can use the method of transparent film proofing to install the counter. The specific method is: according to the size of the hot stamping plate, cut the appropriate area of ​​the transparent film (using the waste film without the graphic part), and fix it on the bottom mold with the transparent tape to press the corresponding place of the graphic, and appropriate Pad up to the appropriate height; then take the aluminum air pressure once, then the anodized aluminum will be printed on the transparent film; then the bottom mold and the transparent film on the graphic part completely overlap, use the transparent tape to fix the bottom end of the bottom mold .
