GLS's Versaflex OM9-801N TPE alloy has a shore A hardness of 47 and is highly adhesive to many hard plastics. The material can be bonded to ABS, PC/ABS, PS, HIPS, HDPE, acrylic and polyester elastomers in two injection molding and insert molding. It can be injection molded at low pressure (0.17 MPa) and 182 to 218 °C.
