The cause of this type of failure is most likely to be a result of a broken foot switch or a short circuit caused by water in the foot switch socket, and the other problem is the manual start button switch. The repair method is to replace the new switch, socket, button switch or open the repair related damage.
The second kind of fault phenomenon: When the semi-automatic work, the foot switch slides down, and then it rises after releasing.
This phenomenon is generally caused by damage to the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal carriage and broken connection. The solution is to replace the proximity switch or switch the connection of the switch.
The third kind of fault phenomenon: When the semi-automatic working, the foot slide switch vertical slide seat descends, and the printing seat does not move after leftward shift.
The cause of this failure is that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal carriage is not sensed or has a problem. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch proximity sensor or replace the good proximity switch; as well as the micro switch in the foot switch does not move, it will cause this failure. The solution is to adjust, repair, or replace the microswitch in the foot switch.
The fourth type of fault phenomenon is when the foot switch is depressed during semi-automatic operation, and the slide descends and then rises but does not move to the right. This phenomenon occurs when the proximity switch on the upper left side of the vertical carriage does not sense or is close to the switch. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch on the upper proximity switch or a better proximity switch.
The fifth kind of fault phenomenon: After the action switching, the rising action is slow and half beat. This kind of fault is to control the solenoid valve with foreign matter blocking or solenoid valve fault, the solution is to remove the magnetic valve to clean or replace the good solenoid valve.
Sixth fault phenomenon: manual, semi-automatic all do not work, the power light is on. The reason for this type of failure is that the low-voltage side fuse is blown, no air source enters, and all the solenoid valves are faulty. The solution is to replace the low-voltage side fuse, check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg/cm, the solenoid valve all the fault is very small, most of the connection is broken.
The seventh failure phenomenon: automatic, semi-automatic start does not drop. Such faults occur when the proximity switch on the right side of the horizontal carriage is faulty or not sensed, the selection switch is faulty, and the single-acting switch interlock point is damaged. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch to sense or replace the right proximity switch, replace or repair the selector switch and single action switch.
Eighth fault phenomenon: automatic failure to start, this type of failure is the micro-branch switch of the upper and lower cylinders normally closed, the contact can not be turned on or the timer is damaged, the solution is to repair the micro switch, or replace the timer.
The ninth failure phenomenon: The workbench does not inhale, and the reason for this failure is that the suction motor burns.
The contactor of the control motor is damaged, the suction motor rotates, but the suction solenoid valve is controlled, the suction selection switch is faulty, and the solution is repaired or replaced.
The tenth failure phenomenon: The workbench is not inhaled. The reason is that the suction control electromagnetic valve is damaged or the internal block is damaged. The solution is to replace the repair.
The eleventh kind of failure phenomenon: The vertical sliding seat rises slowly because of the lack of oil in the vertical carriage bearing or the wear of the cylinder piston. The magnetic collision causes the shaft to bend. The solution is to supply oil, replace the piston password, and adjust the axis.
