Cardboard foaming at startup
After the single-sided machine was stopped for a period of time, a temporary non-round condition on the lower corrugating roller or pressure roller caused a spherical blistering on the cardboard. After the machine restarts for a while, blistering disappears.
the reason
Condensate deposits in the lower corrugating roll or pressure roll
The vacuum system when the lower corrugating roller is not heated, or
The vacuum chamber on the lower corrugating roller is used to obtain the vacuum
When effect, cause the deformation of the lower corrugated roller
Measure
Check the siphon and look for condensation in the steam drum
Deposition
Check the pressure difference between the steam inlet pipe and the return pipe,
The minimum pressure difference during normal operation must not be less than 5 lbs/sq.
Minimize stoppages to a minimum
Consider removing the upper corrugating roller and the lower corrugating roller and
Stop running to make it idle. If possible, reheat
After the corrugated roller. If the following method consumes less than the lower tile
Less consumption of starter rolls when starting under cooling, consider
Cut the core paper and make the single-faced machine idle until it reaches an even temperature.
Then reinstall the core paper and start
