Sun Chemical's WetFlex flexographic printing process uses a new generation of energy-curable ink technology developed by Sun Chemicals. It is designed to improve the printing quality and printing efficiency of flexible packaging. The printing process uses Sun Chemical's UniQure ink. The wet-overprinted ink is instantaneously cured by a connecting electron beam device mounted on the end of the press. The drying between the color groups is eliminated.
WetFlex printing process and UniQure ink combination. Drying ink without heat is ideal for printing shrink sleeves. The low odor of UniQure ink can avoid the pollution of the package contents and the generation of odor. And UniQure inks do not contain organic volatiles. The printing company can smoothly apply the printing process after properly modifying the original equipment and configuring the corresponding functions.
