Compared with the process of making silver salt film, there are few processes, and the input of the entire system (large-format inkjet printer + RIP) is only equivalent to 1/5 to 1/10 of the output of the same format laser image processing system.
The resolution of this plate-making output device is 720 dpi x 1440 dpi. A large-format inkjet printer with a droplet size of 6 to 3 PL (equivalent to 1/4 to 1/5 of the diameter of the hair filament). The resolution of the image can reach 133 lines/inch.
