It is reported that this is the third time that Xiaolong has lowered the price of packaging paper in the past month. 5. Papermaking enterprises. Papermaking enterprises in the jurisdiction shall stop production for 30 days before the end of February and stop production for not less than 10 days before the end of December 2018.
