In accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance and Environment of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance and Urban-Rural Development of the Ministry of Finance on the Organization of the Demonstration City for the Declaration of Urban Black and Stinky Waters in 2018" (Cai Jian Jian [2018] No. 172), October 24 The three departments organized experts to conduct on-site defense review of 30 cities that passed the basic audit.
