Haida Paperboard Break Tester is used in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and other regions. It is dedicated to paper manufacturers, packaging industries, testing agencies, etc. The following are the operational steps of the cardboard break tester:
1) After turning on the power, turn on the power switch and the power indicator light is on;
2) After the power is turned on for about 30 seconds, the monitor automatically enters the test state, which means 0.00 display, and the monitor no longer beats.
3) Check whether the thimble of the oil cup is locked. If it is not locked, it must be locked. Check if the air source is leaking. If the air leakage, the air source must be adjusted well to test;
4) Place the prepared sample between the upper and lower platens and prepare to enter the test;
5) Press Clear to ensure that the display shows 0.00 , then press the Peak button.
6) After everything is ready, press the motor start button and the cylinder will automatically press down on the test sample. After 5 seconds, the pressure motor will automatically run and pressurize.
7) When the test strip ruptures, the maximum pressure value is displayed on the display. At this time, the cylinder of the instrument will automatically rise, and the pressure motor will quickly retreat. Be careful not to turn off the power switch.
8) When the maximum value is retained, press the function key twice to save the maximum value. Press the following keys to print the test value.
9) After the cylinder returns, remove the test piece and this test is completed.
10) Test the other groups of samples according to the above 4 to 9 items in sequence and pre-record to obtain the average value of the same kind of samples
11) After the test is completed, turn off the power switch and the power indicator is off.
