If there are still ghost images, confirm that the toner in the toner cartridge is genuine toner. If high-quality printing paper and original toner are used, the phenomenon of printing ghost still occurs, then the reason should be that the surface of the heating component of the laser printer is damaged, and the toner is stained on the heating component, resulting in printing ghost. When a hardware failure occurs, the printer needs to be repaired.

So why is the surface of the heating component of the laser printer damaged? There are three main reasons:
1. Filling toner
Some filling toners have large gaps with original toners in particle size, hardness, melting point, etc., which is very easy to cause damage to the printer heating components.
2. Paper problems
In order to save paper, many users will use one side of the used printing paper to print again. When you use these papers again, you forget to remove the staples on the paper or the papers that are not bound together. These staples can easily damage the printer's heating components. Or some label paper, sulfuric acid paper, etc. are used in printing, and such paper is also easy to damage the surface of the heating element.
3. Paper jam problem
Paper jams are printing failures that often occur in laser printers. When removing jammed paper, the correct operation is to remove the toner cartridge of the printer before removing the jammed paper. Otherwise, the toner cartridge may be easily damaged by pulling hard.
4. Preventive measures
Since the printing paper is usually the culprit that causes damage to the heating components, high-quality printing paper should be used, and it should be noted that the printing paper cannot entrap hard metal objects. The jammed paper cannot be removed violently, and the toner cartridge should be removed before removing the paper.
