[Liu Hongxi]: The products on display are not the same as the previous ones. In the past, our products were biased towards Southeast Asian style, mainly Korean style, and this time it was mainly made in Italian modern style. .


[Reporter]: We have seen that the products on display today are all for export. It is understood that your company has always been mainly export-oriented. What is the ratio between domestic sales and export sales?

[Liu Hongxi]: In the past, there were more export sales than domestic sales. Nowadays, there is not much change in foreign sales. Domestic sales have also caught up, and domestic sales have increased. Now the proportion of export and domestic sales is about 1:1.


[Reporter]: In other words, the share of domestic sales has increased in recent years. So how is the distribution network in the country laid out?


[Liu Hongxi]: We have nearly 200 specialty stores across the country.


[Reporter]: Your company's products are high-end brands, so are sales outlets mainly concentrated in first-tier cities?


[Liu Hongxi]: There are basically layouts in first- and second-tier cities, and there are fewer third-tier cities. Because our products have always been positioned in the middle and high-end, all five brands are in the middle and high-end routes, and third-tier cities may not accept this price.


[Reporter]: You just mentioned that your company has developed five brands now. What do you think is the key to doing a good brand?


[Liu Hongxi]: The key is the issue of market positioning. First of all, before we make a brand, we will consider which type of consumer is suitable for this brand. What level of consumption is suitable for low-end mid-range or high-end; secondly, the color fabric of the product must be judged by market review. In terms of market positioning, these brands of our company are positioned relatively accurately, have been relatively stable, and have formed a steady rise.
