The Flint Group flexographic product introduced the first digital photopolymer foil-based glazing for in-line and off-line printing finishing to meet the growing demand for digital printing.
One of the major advantages of the digital glazing version of the nyloflex ® Seal F digital plate is to improve the quality of the coating. Because the reversal is more clear and the depth in the middle is more open, this is particularly advantageous for local glazing applications with a white-patterned pattern. . All of the nyloflex® Seal F digital plates can be used to achieve local gloss and surface finishes on commercial and packaged coated paper and board. The digital workflow is cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and does not require a negative image. Digital data transmission reduces the failure rate and does not degrade quality when making plates. The good repeatability and consistent quality ensure that the printing plate can be repeatedly produced.
Both digital and analog nyloflex ® Seal F have very good processing properties and excellent printing results. The high contrast color change and wide exposure latitude after main exposure make plate making easier. Due to the thicker polyester foil, this glossy version has extremely high dimensional stability. In addition, it has good transmission properties for water-based glazing, dispersion glazing and UV glazing, ensuring excellent glazing quality.
