1 Question raised
In the printing process, as a web is about to run out, another web needs to be replaced. In the case of a non-stop printing machine, imported paper frame equipment such as MSG, domestic zero-speed automatic splicing machine can Realize the exchange from one web to another. However, if the printing machine replaces the new paper roll, the waste generated at the adhesive joint will not be picked up in time. If it is reached by readers, the newspaper company will punish the printing factory with a major quality accident, or even cancel the printing press's printing qualification. This is very important.
General newspaper printing shop, automatic gluing machine on the first floor, printing host and stacker on the second floor. In order to pick up waste newspapers, cameras were installed on the first floor of each floor above the machine, and a display was installed on the second floor of the printing console to allow the operator to notice the connection of the splicer. However, after a paper-making process is completed in an instant, the main task of the operators is to pay attention to the quality of the newspapers. To reduce their burden, an inductive switch is installed next to the first-floor paper-splicing machine on the first floor, and the second-floor printing console is adjacent to the console. An alarm is installed at the top of the display, and a label must also be attached to the new web. Before the new web is about to be updated, the operator of the splicer presses the sensor switch first and the alarm on the second floor alarms. The operator of the printer is highly concentrated and observes the moment the splicer receives the paper on the display and finds new ones in time. Newspapers that have been pre-labeled on the web are ejected from the exit and quickly picked out.
In order to pick up waste newspapers, the printing plant can be said to have invested a lot of material resources, but this is due to the faster speed of the printing press, the paper receiving process is completed in an instant, and the missed picking phenomenon occurs frequently. The waste newspaper can only be printed after the completion of the printing task. Finding a bundle of newspapers takes a lot of time. So there is no device through which reliable sorting can be made?
2 Solution
After the newspapers are printed, they flow out from the paper exit of the folding machine and are piled and packaged by the stacker. The stacker generally has a discharge reporting device. Once the stacker reports or other failures occur, the discharge notification device opens and the newspaper advances out of the gate. For this purpose we have used this gate. The gate is a pneumatically controlled newspaper discharge gate. The cylinder used is the original cylinder. Two buffers are installed at the inlet and outlet of the cylinder. The solenoid valve is no longer The original one-way valve was used, and a two-way solenoid valve was used to open and close the gate of the valve. The coil in the valve was turned on and off to control.
In addition, an inductive sensor is installed at the folder's exit. This inductive sensor is called a label sensor (produced by Siemens, model BERO 3RG4) to detect newspapers with aluminum residue. When installing this sensor, it must be ensured that the position is correct, the distance between the sensor and the starting metal sheet can not exceed 2mm, and the aluminum residue with aluminum foil tape paper, the size is 60mm × 40mm, the splicer operator is posted in advance The surface of the web to be updated is in place.
In order to realize this kind of function, must also install a set of electric apparatus, the main component of this apparatus is the time relay, the type is JSS48A. The time relay can be adjusted in two times, ranging from 0 to 99, and the equivalent is selected as 0.1 second. The first time (hereinafter referred to as t1) controls the time from detecting the newspaper with aluminum residue to opening the gate, and the second time (hereinafter referred to as t2) controls the time when the gate is continuously opened.
3 working principle and parameter debugging
When the newspaper with aluminum residue passes through the label sensor, the sensor sends a signal to the electrical device. After the calculated time delay t1, the electrical device makes the coil in the electromagnetic valve open and close, the waste gate is opened, the waste is reported out, and the After t2, the gate closes automatically.
After the installation of the device is completed, online debugging is required. First, roughly calculate the values of t1 and t2. Take the Roland 60 unit as an example: When the speed of the host computer is reported at approximately 54,000 units/hour, the number of newspapers passing by the label sensor is 1.5 copies per 0.1 second, and the distance between every two newspapers at the exit is 50 mm, and the distance from the label sensor to the gate Calculating by 2.5m, 50 newspapers can be placed, so t1 takes 50÷1.5=33 seconds. Considering that the aluminum foil is affixed to the new paper roll, there are 2 wastes in front of it, so the value of t1 is selected as 30. . Excluding the waste newspapers generally have four, but due to the uncertainty of the speed of the unit and the instability of the pressure of the air source, the elimination of waste newspapers generally have 12 more appropriate, of which 4 waste newspapers are the most ideal in the middle. In this way, t2 takes 12÷1.5=0.8 seconds, and the value of t2 is selected as 0.8. After t1 and t2 are adjusted, the newspaper with aluminum residue is placed on top of the inductive sensor and taken out instantaneously, and the gate is opened and closed once.
Then you can debug online. If the waste report is not completely eliminated, it may flow to the stacker before or after the gate is opened. You can reduce or increase the value of t1, which can be larger. If 4 out-of-date reports are not exhausted, they may flow into the stacker before or after the gate is opened. Similarly, the value of t1 may be reduced or increased, and the amplitude may be smaller. An adjustment is made in one equivalent to the stacker. 4 scraps are all discharged. The amount of exhausted waste can be increased or decreased by the value of t2, and the buffer of the air inlet and outlet of the cylinder can also be adjusted to obtain the desired effect.
This new type of simple waste disposal device was used on two Roland 60 units and Beiren units of our company and achieved satisfactory results. Roland 60 dual-drum units do not perform parameter conversion in the presence and absence of pages. They can all reliably discharge wastes. The effect of the single-drum units of the North is more obvious. The installation of such a waste disposal device has saved my company a lot of money and also improved the labor intensity of the operators.
