Two GEM companies IPO application meeting (VC 256)
On April 2, the GEM Development and Examination Committee announced the results of the 16th meeting in 2010, and the initial applications of Hainan Kangzhi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Guoteng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. were approved.
At the same time on April 2, the Securities and Exchange Commission issued the 58th meeting of the 2010 review results, Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd.'s initial application failed, Foshan Guoxing Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.'s initial application was approved.
The GEM Development and Examination Committee is scheduled to hold the 17th work meeting of the Development and Examination Committee in 2010 on April 8 (next Thursday) to review the initial applications of Jiangsu Jintong Lingfan Co., Ltd. and Hebei Hengxin Mobile Commerce Co., Ltd.
In addition, the Securities Regulatory Commission listed company merger and reorganization review committee is scheduled to hold the 10th M & A and reorganization committee work meeting in 2010 on April 8, to review Angel Yeast Co., Ltd. issued shares to purchase assets and related transactions of merger and acquisition applications.
