The CCD camera, one of the detection units, uses DART technology with extremely high black and white resolution. The device user can choose Flexipush with counter or Directpush as the guide bottle system. All Krones empty bottle inspection machines are standard equipment with guide bottle control system. In the event of a guide bottle failure, the machine is immediately shut down.
In order to verify the test results, the machine also comes with a set of test container running programs and a multi-function test container. After a certain number of bottles have been tested or after a certain period of time, the machine automatically reminds the operator to perform the test container operation procedure. The results will be automatically displayed and saved. All relevant operating data will also be saved to ensure product liability issues.
