KIWO's Polycol One-Coat is a blue, pre-sensitized SBQ photoemulsion that is specifically designed for fast curing and textile printing designs that include hot melt, water-based, conductive inks. Poly One-Coat is pre-sensitized and does not require mixing.
It is understood that Poly One-coat cures four times faster than normal pre-sensitized photoresists and 12 times faster than nitrogen-based photoresists. P ol yOne-coat has a 12-month activation period. The photopolymer has different capacities, such as quarts, gallons (5 gallons, 55 gallons).
