The traditional metal cans with handles are usually made of metal round strips. It is necessary to weld the handle ears on both sides of the can body to hook the curved part of the handle tail, resulting in high cost of handle production. And the portable comfort is poor. This makes the flat-section plastic handle a replacement for a round-section metal handle, and the YDT-60S takes this technology to the extreme, not only improving hand-held comfort, but also maximizing it. The material saving makes the handle production cost drop sharply, which is reflected in the following two aspects.
On the one hand, unlike the two large handles used in the outer wall of the round can, the YDT-60S uses a subversive “rivet†type of ear design, which uses rivets instead of the welding ears to ensure strength and weld. The area of ​​ear replenishment is minimized, which is double-win.

Due to poor automation and low work efficiency, production costs are always high and production quality is not good.
YDT-60S realizes the automatic high-speed production and installation of plastic handles on metal cans in a single machine. It integrates plastic handle punching, handle welding ear punching and welding ear spot welding, completely eliminating the need of manual hanging beams in traditional production processes.
“The return on investment of this equipment is very obvious, and one line can save 6 employees.†Wang Zeyi calculated a fine account for the author: YDT-60S production speed is up to 60 cans/min, that is, 60 cans in one minute.
