Material:
1) Rattan, the rattan we use for our product is only the highest quality man-made fiber. Called PE rattan, this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
2) Cushion, the fabric and sponge inside the cushions, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of high density which ensures the durability, but usually, others just use 20 density which is bad.
3) Frame, other manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our products are constructed with 1.2, 1.5and 1.8mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, some suppliers never do that to reduce the cost.
4) Coz it's for outdoor use, it need carefully maintenance, but we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products, Coz it will leave residues and then contract dirt, and you can use a low setting pressure host to clean our woven products.
5)The artificial rattan furniture is made of the most durable PE. The PE rattan has superior endured for bend, aging and UV radiation. The main structure is made by aluminium tube. It's light and strong. The oxidation surface of aluminium tube has defile-resisting and antirust characteristic. Rattan sets is used to garden and public area.
