Finland's paper giant Stora Enso has recently developed four packaging cardboards for cosmetic packaging use, which are Ensocoat, Ensog, Loss, Printocart and Printocart Luxe.
Ensocoat is a surface porcelain clay coating with high whiteness. It is treated with cellulosic fiber and multilayer SBS. The back is coated with pigments to ensure a good printing effect. The basis weight is 170-3808/m2. Printocart is a multi-layer cardboard, suitable for various printing processes and gravure printing. However, its composition does not contain cellulose and its whiteness is slightly lower, but its strength is high. It is suitable for color printing with a basis weight of 220-380 g/m2. Printocart Luxe has a low basis weight of 240-340g/m2 and is suitable for hot metal foil lamination and finishing.
