The appearance of the product is a key to product quality. As the saying goes, the goods sell a leather. The printing presses produced by our factory have been using cast aluminium construction shields for decades to give a taste of remains. Parts without shrouds (such as motors and transmission shafts) are exposed and unsightly. The entire shape lags behind the times and lags behind the world's advanced level.
In order to improve the quality of products and catch up with the world's advanced level, our factory decided to reform the shape of the printing press, and unified the paper feeding machine, the host and the delivery machine to improve the protection of the housing. Take J2108B off the monochrome offset press as an example to introduce the process and experience of this transformation. Due to the use of rain lubrication in the paper feeder, the transformation is more difficult. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the experience of the transformation of the paper machine cover.
The improvement of the paper feeder guard is mainly to transform the frame and panel of its transmission surface and operation surface, that is, to remove the original cast aluminum guard and replace it with a frame structure, and to use BF cold rolling of 1.5-2mm thickness. Plates are folded and welded.
First, the three principles of transformation 1. No screw heads or rivet heads shall be exposed on the edges and surfaces of the four sides of the shield, that is, the original screw fastening form is cancelled. After the frame and panel are sandblasted, they shall be sprayed directly without scratching or scraping.
2. Saving materials, the drive surface of the panel is changed to the upper and lower parts, the folding will be changed to a horizontal one vertical two parts. And when disassembling the vertical lower panel, it is not necessary to disassemble or move the horizontal upper panel.
3. The panel must be easy to disassemble and easy to maintain. The frame and panel joints of the transmission surface must not leak oil.
II. Difficulties in existence According to the above three principles, after the systematic analysis of the internal and external structures of the local people’s paper machine, we believe that the difficulties in the transformation are as follows:
1. It is very difficult for the periphery of the shield around and around the surface to be smooth and without any screw head or rivet head exposed. Obviously, the frame and the panel cannot be tightly fastened with any fasteners. For example, hinged push-pull type, open format is too large, and maintenance is inconvenient. In addition, the page can not be fastened with screws and rivets, only welding, and the welding plate can easily cause the edge of the panel to be heated and deformed, it is difficult to ensure the smooth surface. If the pin hole socket type is adopted, the panel must be vertically inserted and plunged, so that when disassembling the lower panel, the upper panel must be dismantled first, which does not meet the requirements of the second principle. If the lock hole is used to hang the type, the panel must be moved up and down when disassembling the panel. The problem is the same as above. For example, woodworking cards are used for convenience. However, they are not easy to disassemble, but they are not strong. They are loose and can not be used for a long time. They are difficult to position. If you want to design a solid contact pupil separately, the cost is too high to be worthwhile.
2. The drive surface of the paper feeder adopts rain lubrication. When the gear runs, the oil splashes around. The panel inside the frame is splashed with oil. The oil flows from top to bottom into the oil tank at the bottom of the frame. The contact surface between the frame and the panel must not be in contact with the plane. Therefore, it is easy to leak oil from the gap in the contact surface. Therefore, the lower edge and both sides must increase the vertical contact surface so that the oil flows down the four walls into the same box at the bottom of the frame. . If there is no oil blocking measure at the bottom of the lower panel and the contact portion of the oil storage tank, the oil will still leak out of the machine along the gap. If a baffle plate is welded on the bottom of the bottom panel, all angles must be welded horizontally, the panel will be deformed, and the bulge will appear. Uneven, this does not meet the requirements of principle 1.
3. The frame and the panel are made of 1.5-2mm thick BF cold-rolled sheet. The panel is too long and easily deformed. The faceplate of the transmission surface has been changed into two parts, which increase the difficulty of design and sheet metal deployment. The most difficult part is that the upper panel cannot be moved when disassembling the lower panel. Therefore, the contact portion of the two panels must be considered carefully. Otherwise, the requirements of the third principle cannot be satisfied. If the design is improper, it can also cause oil leakage.
Third, the measures to solve After comprehensive consideration of various programs, we have adopted a hooking method.
1. Two 45-mm long 45-degree hanging hooks are folded along the frame, and the entire length of the 45-degree hanging hook is folded along the lower edge of the panel so that the oil flows into the frame along a 45-degree slope. The purpose of fastening up and down.
2. The welding fixed blocks and positioning bolts are used on both sides of the frame, and a 45-degree downward incline is opened at the same position of the panel, and the oblique opening is opened on the facade. ......
3. The panel of the transmission surface was changed to up and down, and the disassembly and non-interference were achieved. The method of matching 135 degrees and 45 degrees was adopted. That is, the bottom edge of the upper panel was folded into 135 degrees and the top edge of the lower panel was folded into 45 degrees.
4. At the bottom of the transmission surface frame is an oil storage tank. Lubricating oil in the tank is sucked away with a small oil pump, and it flows back into the tank after rain and weeping. In order not to allow oil to leak from the edge of the frame tank and the lower panel, the method of lining the extended oil baffle is to spot weld an oil baffle with the same length as the lower panel on the vertical edge of the lower panel. , At the intersection of the baffle plate and the fuel tank, it is bent at an angle of 45 degrees. In addition, since the lining baffle plate is spot-welded on the vertical upright side of the lower panel, the surface flatness of the lower panel is not affected by the welding deformation, which is just two purposes.
According to the experience of renovating the feeder guards, the shields of the main machine and the delivery machine were solved quickly due to the difficulty of rain lubrication. In order to make the cover on both sides of the delivery machine symmetrical and beautiful, in the frame with space on one side, a partition for commonly used tools for maintenance and repair is added, which serves two purposes and is convenient for the user.
